Staying Motivated with POTS Management

what's the best way that you stay motivated with all of the daily tasks needed to keep up with POTS? I struggle greatly keeping up with all the electrolytes I'm supposed to drink and all the exercise I'm supposed to do.

Personally, I get alarms for when to drink a few oz of vitamin water and it helps me stay on top of it! I don't exercise much though due of some other disabilities I have

I love LiquidIV because the flavors don't feel like I'm drinking a medicine type drink, but it works very quickly and effectively. I also find it easiest to drink from a large cup (32oz metal one) with a straw- I'm not sure why but I definitely drink more that way than drinking from disposable water bottles or cups without straws. I also like to set small goals, like "ill drink a whole drink before this movie is over" or "im going to have a full drink while having lunch". Small manageable goals like that are much easier to keep up with having one big goal like "im going to drink 10 water bottles today"

I do tasks by the hour. Like every even hour I drink water and every odd hour I take salt until like 2pm. I also have a loose hourly schedule.
