Someone in my support group mentioned 'energy accounting,' basically budgeting my energy each day. If you wanna give it a try, take a moment to think about what kinda stuff makes you feel good and what drags you down. If you're having trouble figuring it out, just think back over the past week. Maybe you felt pumped after a meeting or had a great chat with a friend. Or maybe there's stuff that makes you feel like crawling under a rock. Don't sweat it - we all have those things. But if you're curious to learn more about yourself, it's worth exploring what gets you going and what doesn't.

@RiodeLima This is great advice! I did not know that's what you call this. I try to get all I need to do done earlier in the day before I crash. What about you?

How are you feeling @Bethy_bird ? Fatigue is such a difficult thing to deal with. I had it very badly thanks to my leukemia, and then treatment. Everyone says that exercise helps however you need to clear that with your doctor and also it isn't easy doing that when you're so tired. Please continue to tell your oncology team about your fatigue and if it does not improve and it's effecting your quality of life you need to let them know that. This made all the difference for me when I shared that.
