Advice for Recovering from Stomach Bug as a Chronically Ill Person Living Alone

hello hello! lookin for some thoughts on stomach bug recovery as a chronically ill person living alone! i‘m on day 2 of a really nasty bug and am having a lot of difficulties keeping any food down, and sleeping, to name a few. i think my anxiety about this situation is likely making things a little worse, which is why i‘ve come to ask for some advice. not sure if anyones been in a similar spot, but i havent had to care for myself alone for such a bad illness in a long time and wanted to see if anyone has anything that helped them, especially with dealing with anxiety involving vomiting / general illness. thank you in advance!!

Maybe try some dimenhydrinate! It tends to make people a bit sleepy, but helps with motion sickness, which common elicits nausea and vomiting. Otherwise, I'd make sure you're getting enough electrolytes and fluid!
