Stomach Pain and Nervousness: Anxiety or IBS?

This is a new thing I have been experiencing my stomach hurting more and sometimes when I’m in a public setting I get nervous and I feel like I have to throw up which I do in my mouth. Is this a normal thing for anxiety or IBS? I am also getting married so I’m not sure if it’s because of stress. Please help me

Hi, I can relate to this. I have nervousness from time to time that makes me so anxious that I feel like I either have to use the restroom or throw-up. Tools I use to keep my self lowered instead of heightened is using the 54321 method, if that doesn’t work I used the finger tracing method or if I need something quick I keep salt packets and Altoids in my car and on me. The instant shock of something really salty, minty or sweet helps me redirect my focus. I hope this helped!
