How can I stop pulling out my eyelashes?

I pull my eyelashes. Any advice on how to stop? I used to have super long beautiful eyelashes, ones that people literally always asked if were fake. Now i pick them out with chunks missing and they’re all short cuz they’re all new and growing.

I pick my hair and skin. When it got to the point of pulling out clumps at a time I got stim toys to help. Im autistic, but those things are recommended for this issue as it keeps your hand busy and not damaging something. Practicing catching yourself when you are start and making the transition to the new object will help until you get to the point where you notice that anxiety and start reaching for something neutral instead. Im still working on my issue but its slowly getting better with this practice. Its really hard. Keep going!

Thank you so much! I tried stim toys as well. I need to get better at them. What are some that have worked best for you?

Do you notice a pattern of when you feel the urge to do it? Is it associated with anxiety perhaps? I don’t know too much about trich. I have some negative habits as well that I think are anxiety related due to adhd
