Like at first I was fine ya know but then boom it hit me I was depressed for a few days didn't wanted to get of bed tired all the time and then self harm started again and I had to go to the hospital so yes it is bad to just leave ur meds just like that without talking to a doctor first

I have been off of medication for two years now because they were more harmful than good and I have felt amazing. At the end of the day, listen to what feels best for your body and if stopping medication seems like the best option right now then do that ❤️

Going off my meds ended really badly for me but I know some others who prefer not to take them. If you decide you want to go off them make sure you talk to your doctor and have them wean you off of them or soemthing because just stopping taking your meds can be very dangerous.

it depends on how the meds affect you, if they make you feel bad or you feel as if you’ve been worse since taking them, talk to your doctor or psychiatrist first and they can help you go off them slowly, if you stop taking them at once symptoms can be a lot worse.

I always run into this urge and I always get brain zaps. If you want off, try to slowly do it so you don’t hurt yourself, friend

Probably not a great idea, but talk with your doctor to see about trying this. A lot of psychiatric meds need to be tapered off to prevent withdrawal symptoms or other complications, and your doctor may want to try reducing them one at a time. It might be helpful to know how each med is helping/not helping, and to seek a more appropriate regimen, but be careful and don’t stop your meds alone!

i was off my meds for two days and couldn't really handle it. i don't think it's a good idea. imagine how you were before your treatment started. how bad/irritable/depressed did you feel? how frequently? it super sucks!!!
