I should go for walks when it's nice out instead of staying inside

Take a walk, write in a journal, call someone, clean out your closet, or make some cookies.

Some days my anxiety is weird. If I am too busy I want to slow down and relax. But if I have nothing to do I feel like I need to get up and do something.

It sucks. In the moment that happens it feels like it's never going to go away. Our mind plays tricks on us. For me, when I am at my job and I am doing like 2 things at a time I feel like I am doing too much. Even though it's only 2 things my anxiety goes up. I think it's because some things have to be done by a certain time. I rather do things at my pace.
