Welcome! I feel that my depression and anxiety kind of stem from my ADHD. I manage with prescription medications, exercising, and therapy. Life is stressful right now. I was terminated from my first job out of college for not progressing fast enough. I recently found another job so I’ll start that soon hopefully. New things are always hard. I will ask for the accommodations that I need like check-ins often so that I can make new goals and keep learning how to get better. I am a nurse. It is hard to be different, but it isn’t bad. I just have to stick up for myself and do what I need to do to succeed.
