Struggling to Breathe: Seeking Advice

Hi. Brand new to this, obviously. I always say I’m pretty healthy except for my inability to breathe. I seriously get out of breath walking around work or my home. Although I’ve been diagnosed with COPD, asthma, and emphysema, and Sjogren’s, I feel like there is something more going on (not cancer). I’d like to see a pulmonologist but hesitate because I won’t let them do anything invasive, I won’t allow dye for MRIs or CT scans, and feel like they’d just tell me to go away. On a personal level, I’m a forward thinking oldie, I work daily except weekends, I’m outgoing yet also love to be alone, I like to work in clay, and would enjoy hearing from others in similar circumstances. Thanks!

I was diagnosed in 2016, I have quit smoking but do now and then. I have had 2 CT scans this year. Go for a ECHO next month to check my heart. My return visit to Pulmonary is October 13 2022. Wish me luck 🤞, I feel like not much time left.
