Regulators mount up! 🙌 Breathing to find time to breathe and sit in a trance like state induced by nature sounds or a playlist. The outcome for me is usually a fleeting blue hue that takes over through sight, it doesn't last very long but it does what it can and I appreciate it, though sometimes it's a bit scary like what if the blue tint doesn't cease.. what would I do? Could I handle a blueish tint to everything indefinitely because of a certain comfortable mind frame? What if it's not a good thing? What if it's consuming me? There are better feelings out there and other colors that may do a better job at allowing me to feel secure and like there is a sense of freedom or something. But I don't mind the blue
