Struggling to Eat Due to Stomach Pain and Nausea

I haven been able to eat for a few weeks. I’ve always felt some pain and pressure in my stomach when I ate, but now it’s so uncomfortable that I just can’t make myself eat more than a couple bites of food a day. I’m horrifically nauseated from the moment I wake up until I go to sleep and my stomach always hurts. I’ve been steadily loosing weight and haven’t seen a gastro-doctor yet so I’m really worried. I know that I have a bad reaction to most stuff in foods, dairy, gluten (especially bread), sugar, and anything greasy (fried or fast food). But I don’t think that is what is causing this since I try to avoid them.
