You’ve most likely been diagnosed, might be good to ask. In high school I was diagnosed but she didn’t tell me and I didn’t know 😂 As for the feelings thing some people have an easier time and some people it isn’t going to come as naturally and that ok. Are you working with a therapist? It could really help you work on it. Don’t worry if it takes a long time. It’s normal to take a really long time to warm enough to make a lot of progress.
