Struggling to Get Out of Bed During a Low Episode

Ever struggle getting out of bed when you’re really deep in a low episode? I struggle with that and going to work. I have frequent panic attacks when I don’t get enough sleep as well.

I know that feeling oddly I know when i found a job that i loved it was less hard. Its still hard on sertain days but its easier going to a job you really love.

Yes. Sometimes my depression makes it hard to even move around. Getting out of bed is a nightmare.

Yeah. Does anyone ever feel like they have to actively tell their limbs to move? At this point, sometimes I even say it out loud. "..move.. Move!" Just me? Lol
