Struggling to Relax After Work and Chores

I wanted to ask this and see if anyone might deal with this too. I always feel like I can't relax or even give myself a break from work or chores to where I have to stop at 9:30pm. I've been dealing with this for a few months now and I don't know how to handle this problem. I paused from going to college after my fall semester of sophomore year because school stressed and overwhelmed me and it put me into that same situation.

Hi, I feel this. My anxiety is like an internal motivator for me, and I always feel like I have never been relaxed a day in my life. I often joke about it with people, but it’s a lot to deal with. I feel like I constantly need to be doing some thing, because I need it as a distraction, and the second I stop I feel like I’m wasting time, and feel bad about myself. But on the flipside, my anxiety is what motivates me, and I usually don’t have any real motivation to do things that I would normally do. So when everything I’ve been doing eventually catches up to me, I’m exhausted and overwhelmed, and stressed. Like my anxiety was a constant take to keep me moving, and then suddenly the world is crashing on top of me, and it almost translates into depression
