I take OTC sleep meds. That is the only way I can fall asleep quickly. I have a hard time staying asleep.

I take trazodone and occasionally temazepam for sleep. They don't put me to sleep, but they are the only way for me to stay asleep more than 30 mins at a time.

Melatonin and meditation plus a strict sleep routine going to bed and waking up at the same time every day it took the better part of six months but my body learned when it’s bedtime

The only thing that's worked for me is CBD or THC honestly.

I take trazodone and vistaril if I have trouble. It's very hard to go to and stay sleep by myself without help from meds.

Look into Delta 8. It's legal pretty much everywhere. It's how I sleep. Just Google it.

Ambien, but I've taken it for so long it's not working anymore. I've tried Seroquel, trazodone, Lunesta, temazepan... Nothing else worked. Now I'm trying to find a Sleep Disorders dr to see if more specialized help can be more effective, since sleeping more is the best thing to manage my symptoms.

L-theanine & Ashwaganda 30 minutes before sleep! + a “Calm” app sleep meditation I tried melatonin - & prescription medications! - in the past that helped, but they didn’t help as much as this!
