Struggling to Sleep Due to Sinuses, Asthma, and Anxiety

I cannot sleep very well lately. I've been waking up at 3-5am because of my sinuses and then if I'm also stressed my asthma and anxiety bounce off each other. I have a headache and my muscle pain isn't helping me get comfortable again. I think I need anxiety meds but can't afford it right now...anyone know which of the online medical diagnosis are good? I already tried sondermind and zocdoc which didn't work out for me...

I pretty much filter through quite a few of them but then build up a tolerance and have to rotate. Seems like it anyway.
