Creating a bedtime routine/ritual is supposed to help. Wether that looks like just a cup of tea before trying to sleep, or involves a multistep thing. Melatonin works for me in a pinch, too.

I have the same problem, can't sleep more then 3 to 4 hrs n not restful.

Stretches and yoga do wonders for my sleep. Oh and hot tea! Chamomile, or any sleepy time tea really works for me. 💕

u can Listen to bedtime meditation melodies. For example like the sound of the ocean the sound of waves the sound of dolphins or whales, the rain forest, a thunderstorms if you're into that.
