Struggling to Stay Hydrated: Any Tips?

Does anyone know how to get more fluids in or hydrate better? I'm supposed to be drinking more water, but I'm sleeping so much that I'm struggling to get in more than 60 oz of water in a day. And that's after cutting out every other drink after my morning coffee, getting the biggest tumbler I could lift comfortably and keeping extra cups of water around all the time!

Flavorings, like Alike says, was a game changer for me! Also, salt packets like Liquid IV or LMNT in your water makes it so much easier to stay hydrated. It all depends on what is hard about drinking the water. Does it cause nausea? Do you trouble remembering to drink? Is it not stimulating enough/ too boring? Finding the reason will help greatly. If it is just time, electrolyte and/or salt additives will help you to stay hydrated đź‘Ť
