Struggling to Take My Medication

I have been really bad about taking my medication lately. my alarm goes off for it and I turn it off but I don't take it. there's days where I take it everyday and I do that for months and then I just stop randomly. I don't know what's going on with me.

I don't really have a solution to this, but you're not alone. Medisafe will remind me repeatedly but I often just don't take it. For me, I feel like it's a matter of a subconscious feeling like I don't deserve to feel better, so I've been trying to tackle that. Sorry you're going through this, too.

I'm glad but also sad that I'm not alone on this. It's so hard. Sometimes I just get tired of trying to stay alive. I have so many things going on I just get tired of it, like I just want to be normal if that makes sense.

I had to get a little dedicated alarm clock to put right next to my pills, so you have to go over to your pills to turn off the alarm. I keep them in the kitchen so the water is right there too. And also use a pill organizer or a timer lid so you know for sure if you've taken it that day. Soon it'll become habit.
