well…I've been on Ozempic for a year now and I lost a ton of weight at first, but then it just stopped. I've been stuck at the same weight for months now, even though I'm still taking the medication and following my diet. I've talked to my doctor about it and they've suggested I ramp up my exercise game, so I'm trying to do more strength training and cardio. Let’s see how it goes..
