Hey there! Multiple suggestions for you, regarding school. If you have the option to record your lessons, do it. Then, increase the speed from 1x to 1.5x or 2x. I CANT stand sitting during lectures where my teachers are monotone/slow. If you don't have that ability, I use a site called Khan Academy that has helped me over the years. If you find yourself jittery or constantly needing to move...get a popper. Plastic popper that doesn't make too much noise. Since you've been recently diagnosed with add, you can request accommodations from your school. Don't be afraid to ask for help. When it comes to assignments, start with the easiest/quickest and then move onto longer assignments. You can use the sense of accomplishment to push past mental blocks and frustrations. Also, frustrations are super important to learning...because after you get frustrated...that's usually when you figure out how to solve a problem. Don't stop the development of a skill. Take a break if need to, then come back and push past the frustration. Hope this helps!
