Struggling with ADHD, Depression, and Anxiety: Need Help Finding the Right Medication

I have been clinically diagnosed with ADHD, depression, and anxiety. I take citalopram and I've been adjusting my adderall, but lately I feel like nothing is helping the crushing fatigue. I've tried a number of different medications, but nothing allows me to accomplish what I want to. I know there are a number of unavoidable stressors that contribute to my fatigue, but does anyone have similar conditions who's found the right combination of meds to help? I can't make it through a day anymore without needing to lay down several times.

I’m looking for similar help! Right now I just try to use green tea later in the afternoon, and I get up and move around some (stretching/yoga/standing chore) instead of sleeping if it’s not too overwhelming. I know that too much sleep can be unhelpful for depression, but sometimes it’s just what your body needs. Also, you might want to bring up sleep with your doctor. If you’re not getting restful sleep, it doesn’t matter how much sleep you get. You just won’t be able to recoup. I use something for sleep overnight, but only as needed because it tends to make me drowsy in the morning if I take it consistently.
