something that always helps me remember to take my meds is putting sticky notes everywhere! i mean everywhere too. steering wheels, bathroom mirrors, bedroom door, my desk, car keys, on the fridge, literally anywhere at eye level, or somewhere you use often! another one is to set reminders on your phone, which is quite common, so im not sure if you've already done that. If that doesn't work, ive seen people make bracelets with large dangly things on them that say "take your meds", "brush your teeth," etc, and their whole purpose is to be annoying! the premise is they arent suppossed to be taken off until the task is done, and the loud, annoying dangly thing helps remind the user of the task. they become so annoying that, in order to be able to take it off, the user does the task!
also, if your meds don't feel like they're working, i would suggest talking to your doctor about it. however, one thing that hindered my meds from working was that I wasn't taking them often enough. That may be your problem, but if you really don't feel like they're working, seeing your doctor is probably your best bet. They'll most likely help you up your dosage, or find other meds that work better.
As for helping with anxiety, I find music and repetitive tasks helps me, as well as going on a walk, or just doing something I really enjoy. Also, if you squeeze the piece of skin in between your pointer finger and thumb, it helps relieve anxiety (its a pressure point! but fair warning, it generally isn't a cure all, however it helps me in a tight spot).
I really hope this helps, and I'm here if you have any other questions!!
