Struggling with Anxiety on Medication

This medication has only seem to been helping with my depression and not as much my anxiety. I’ve noticed maybe a little difference with that but not a ton. I’m still very anxious. I talked to my doctor and they said there isn’t anything else they can do 🥲

Does your anxiety pertain to anything specific? Try to work with yourself and figure out what's getting you. I hate to be that bitch that talks about ✨coping skills✨, but dude, once you figure out what works for you and stay mindful, it'll get much easier.

honestly i took sertraline for a few months and i feel it was horrible during that time. i've been on lexapro for over a year now and my god, it has helped my anxiety TONS. i definitely recommend that med if you haven't tried it yet!!!

Elixvro I loved lexipro I was on it for a long time but for some reason my body seemed to have gotten used to it. I had to go up on my dosage then it just stopped working but I got some good years out of it.
