Struggling with Asthma after 8 years

I haven’t had Asthma for 8 years now a week of coughing and Friday- went to primary care for Asthma. She gave me steroid inhaler Saturday- ER visit. IV steroids. 2 breathing treatments. Sunday- Back in ER waiting room. Waiting for a bed. Anybody have asthma tips for when it’s at its worst

My asthma always gets bad when its humid, so when it's bad I try to run a dehumidifier and keep my activity levels lower.

My asthma always gets bad in the winter been ok for a few years 🤞but I find having a peakflow monitor and upto date asthma plan can help and literally be a life saver so you know when to go to A&E for your asthma I learnt that the hard way 😔

Wear a cloth mask over your face when outside in the cold. It's saved me from feeling like my lungs had frozen in place. I hope they're looking to see if you have pneumonia at this point? Or covid? The rapid increase of trouble breathing is concerning.
