Mine always has a piss fit but thay never say why it goes high they just tell you to stop doing stuff to make it do so. I will never eat like a cow.

I've lost weight (~235 to ~155), walk 20-30 minutes 4x/week, and still can have spikes due to insomnia, stress, and middle-of-the-night snacks provided by my liver.

Try more protein and less carbs. Helps to keep the weight off and blood sugar low.

My A1C dropped from 11.7 to 6.4 I found what helps the most is be consistent with your medicine and adding fruits and vegetables

But my weight fluctuates I was filing down to 2:15 that ballooned up to 300 now I'm back down to 290 so I'm trying to be consistent with that
