Struggling with Body Image

What do you guys find helpful to combat all the feelings that come up about certain body parts. This is all relatively new, and I haven't got a diagnosis, but I've just got these strong feelings of disgust whenever I look at my tummy or my nose. And I have no idea what to do about it.

it started at the beginning of this year and it's specifically my nose and my stomach. My nose is large and has a dorsal hump and my tummy protrudes. I feel like it's all come from this disconnect and tumultuous relationship that I now have with my body due to it always being in pain and being fatigued
