Struggling with Braces and Shoe Inserts

I have got braces to sleep in, as well as special inserts for my shoes but it seems like nothing I do helps and I'm out of ideas.

Talk to a podiatrist! They can give you a cortisone injection or two if it seems like you need it. I got one but the place they put it isn't helpful. It hurts like an absolute b*tch in the moment even with some freezing spray but should be worth it! Best of luck 💕

Really good running shoes help so much with arch support inserts. I recently was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in both my feet and the pain was so unbearable I couldn't barely walk. Now I am going to physical therapy again and have new stretches to do twice a day. My physical therapist is using ultrasound on my foot now is helping with the pain. I had a cortisone shot but it only helped for a little while for me. Tennis balls help rolling on the bottom of your feet too. Good luck.
