Struggling with Consistency in Working Out and Eating

Even though my depression is getting worse, I am proud of myself. I’ve been getting back into working out everyday. And I’m eating a healthier breakfast even if it isn’t perfect. Anyone else have issues with staying consistent with working out and eating?

I'm proud of you too! I'm having issues staying consistent but I'm just taking it a little at a time. One meal, etc. I try to remember that I'll feel better after I exercise, even if it's only for 5 minutes. And eating non healthy foods actually makes me feel pretty crappy (which I learned yesterday). So that's my motivation to eat better today.

Way to go!! I definitely have problems with eating, working out and basic house keeping when depressed. I also have a history of an dieting disorder and any stress or depression causes me to not eat.

thanks! I’m sorry you also deal with these issues:/ I know it can be so dark sometimes when these things get very loud in our heads. I really hope you’re doing better today. Sometimes I think I might be suffering from a slight ED, however never was diagnosed.
