Struggling with an Eating Disorder: Need Advice

Ive been suffering with an eating disorder for a while now and lost around 60kg, I was 120kg and now I'm around 60kg I think and I'm also 5ft 1. My GP keeps telling me to loose weight and eat more vegetables and meats but I've tried to explain to them about my eating disorder and its also on my gp records and I can't eat vegetables or most meats due to my arfid and I'm unable to due to texture. I've also binged for the last few days and I'm meant to see my gp tomorrow and be weighed which means I've probably gained weight and if I have ill feel really guilty about it as I already feel guilty for eating all what I've ate and I keep having all these bad thoughts about what I've been eating and the voice in my head keeps telling me to relapse but I can't. Has anyone got any advice for what I could do?

You have halved your weight, what an amazing achievement! Well done!!! Am 126kg and just starting, again. Surely your GP doesn't tell you to lose weight now..... isn't 60kg perfect for your height?
