Struggling with eating habits, need advice

wondering if anyone else goes through this? I have moments in my life where I will just not eat unless I absolutely have to. they would usually last any where from 3-4 weeks to even months at a time. I really haven't notice any weight or fat loss, but I do see some muscle gain. im in welding in votech and that is basically my daily workout, besides the yoga I do occasionally through the week. and im now since recently, have been caring to grandmother who is bed written and is now another workout. today i can barely hold half a burger. and im just now calling it a day. should I be worried or am I just happen to be getting stomach viruses left and right?

I'm not sure, because I go through phases of physically not being able to eat. Even when I absolutely need to I have to force myself because I get nauseous at the thought of food half the time. These usually last around 3—4 months as well, but then I end up going through smaller time-frames of eating too much. But either way I don't gain too much weight or lose any, I've always stayed within a certain range with that. I'm not exactly sure if it could be stomach viruses, and I hope it isn't :(. Please be safe and take care of yourself to the best of your ability, even if you aren't able to eat properly! <3
