It can depend a lot on where its origin is like if its fatigue from depression versus fatigue from pain or from dehydration for example. So I do recommend doing some trial and error to see what things help. And looking for indicators of where the fatigue is coming from, if you can. But one thing that I found made a difference overall was drinking more water ALONGSIDE increasing my salt/electrolyte intake. No one ever told me that if you drink more water but don't get enough salts/electrolytes your body won't be able to effectively use that water!
