Struggling with Fatigue and Mood Swings

Trying to find the right mix of medication to combat my fatigue, while keeping my mood swings in check. It’s still hard for me to choose healthy options via food and exercise. I completely lack motivation. It’s a vicious cycle. If I ate better and exercised, maybe I’d be generally more motivated, and my mood swings and anxiety would tone down some.

Don't try to change everything all at once. Do some squats when you feel like you can, or some stretches, lift a heavy book or a gallon of water a couple times. Try buying frozen vegetables instead of fresh. They won't go bad and you can gradually incorporate them into your meals. Have one less soda a day. Take it slow and recognize the effort you're putting in. It may not *look* like a lot, but don't judge yourself based on what other people do. You don't suddenly will a Lego deathstar into being, you start with two bricks and build it 🖤
