Struggling with Insomnia and Work

I am so tired. I only slept for about 3 hours last night. I just couldn’t fall asleep, no clear trigger. Then when I did I woke like a hour or two later to my cats having a fight so had to break them up. I work in a health professional field so it’s really hard these days. Luckily banter is embraced in what I do, so I can just say it’s “Monday brain”’ to my clients if I’m not on ball, rather than “I have fibro fog and fatigue due to insomnia sorry”. Anyone else been there and feel this? Hope everyone’s having a good day 💖
