i feel like i’m in the same position recently and currently, it’s so hard to get out of such a low place but as much as people say it, you’re NOT alone 💗

i’m always here to support you. sometimes all you need is a little push and some support from people, but every person is different. i’ve been in that position many times the past years. do you take medication or anything that isn’t medication to help you right now?

Thank you both, I really appreciate the kind words. And I do smk MJ, I do not take any prescribed medication. I'm literally scared to, but it's not necessarily depression that can be healed by medication.. Im a 20 year old single mother with a 4 year old. I still live with my parents, I don't have a car or license haven't got an i.d . And my parents always talk shit about me and make me feel hated my mother hates me and kids it from others when they're around, but yet makes it soo known when it's just me

If you can get in to see a therapist I would suggest that. I recently started seeing a therapist and I started taking Zoloft. I know money could definitely be an issue with these ideas but it would be really good to reach out for help in some way if you can<3

i feel this. life has been so chaotic & overwhelming recently, but you're not alone!! you are on here with many people who understand, empathize, & wish you the best. ❤️❤️ you have overcome significant struggles in life before, & you will overcome again & again! being a single mother w/ a young child is especially difficult. setting time to practice self-care, maintaining a balanced medication schedule, or enjoying your hobbies are essential to feeling yourself again. seeing your friends & family members you can trust is a good way to feel less isolated & alone in your situation too. i would highly suggest therapy! therapy services are usually covered by most insurance, and the co-pay is relatively small in comparison to the normal price. telehealth/zoom sessions can be available too! i'd definitely reach out in that regard. managing the stress of parenthood, financial restrictions, & family conflict is extremely difficult... but it is not impossible. i really hope you can meet with a therapist to work on coping skills, let off some steam, & find ways to manage environmental, social & psychological aspects of your life system. ❤️ sending you a million virtual hugs!!!!!
