Struggling with Mobility Issues in a Labor Intensive Job

How should one deal with working a labor intensive job while struggling with mobility issues? I work part time in food service because it's the only job available to me right nowand I'm pretty tired of only working 4-8 hour shifts and coming home and feeling like my body is collapsing in on itself.

Find out what accomodations they can provide for you! You may find you do much better if you have a chair or a stool so you can sit at back cash or work up front your whole shift. You're also allowed to bring a mobility aid to work like a cane or a wheelchair. You are legally entitled to accommodations, don't let them bully you into sucking it up and going without

I'm a waitress with EDS, and unloading knee braces have saved my job! They keep my knees where they need to be and give me the support to get through the shift! You can look them up on Amazon, unloading knee braces! Feel free to message me if you need help finding them!
