Struggling with Nausea When Eating, Need Advice

Does anyone have any tips for nausea when eating? I’ve tried changing my diet so many times and even going my diets my gp themselves have recommended with no relief from my symptoms. I feel so sick and bloated whenever I eat no matter what it is. It’s hard to keep food down even with my anti sickness tablets. I can even try eating the same foods but in smaller portions over a shorter period of time so I’m not putting so much on my stomach and I still end up feeling nauseous and bloated. I don’t know what else I can do. At this point I get a large majority of drinking full sugar drinks just to maintain my weight as drinks cause much less severe symptoms. Anyone got any advice that helps them keep down more food comfortably?

i also have chronic nausea. it really is uncomfortable to deal with, so i feel your pain. i like to find foods that don’t upset my stomach as much, like soup or instant mashed potatoes. plain pasta. what are you taking currently for your nausea?

I also have chronic nausea, bloating, and pain in my abdomen and diaphragm area. The pain is really uncomfortable. I’ve had every test from allopathic medical doctors and nothing is found to be the cause. I am using peppermint oil and sometimes a heating pad on my belly which helps a discomfort. Nothing else is helping at all.

Probiotics and prebiotics for bloating and try Zofran (ondansetron) if that's not the nausea pill you're using now. Also try low stress foods - nothing spicy or heavily seasoned. Plain and easy to digest like pasta, white bread, chicken, rice. I have to do that when I'm having an IBS flare-up. I get nauseous, bloated, sometimes constipated, sometimes diarrhea, can't really stomach food, low appetite, stomach pain. The tips I told you usually clear things up, at least temporarily. Are you seeing a GI specialist? It changed my life.
