I've had non stop panic attacks since. 1 every day. I'm exhausted. Now hate medication however I do try and take what I am prescribed but often forget. any suggestions on accepting a new diagnosis and remembering to the meds. just need support

I am so sorry that you are going through this! As far as the medication, setting a repeated daily reminder in our phones has proven successful in my house.

Associate taking your medications with something you do daily... like when you brush your teeth or put make up on...then set your medications near that area and a drink ...and slowly you will start to develop a habit just like brushing your teeth or doing your hair and make up.
