Struggling with Obesity and Infertility

My name is Ciara and I am 20 years old. I am obese, about 315 pounds. I have had hypothyroidism for about 2 years now, thus causing me to lose my periods and be infertile. This has led me into a deep depression at times. I wasn't raised to eat healthy at all, or exercise. I want to take control of my body now and quickly. Has anything helped you get your periods back or help with inferility? Which exercises will help with weight loss fast? Should I find a new doctor that will actually listen to me?

I do recommend finding a new doctor they should always listen to you you know your body more then them. Currently I have very irregular periods not sure if I'm infertile but just relaxing and working out my core he helped a bit I do a lot of crunches to work out my stomach area I'm going to a obgyn if you havent been to them in a while maybe try going to see if anything might be going on
