Struggling with Safe Food and Inconsistent Access

How do you all cope with safe food and not having consistent access? I struggle to eat when I can;t find my safe food, and I was consistently told ordering food would be a waste of money. If I don;t have safe foods, I don;t eat. I don;t really know what my options are.

The most important rule is that how someone spends their money is nobody business but their own! :) some people have to budget to eat out, and that’s fine. That being said lots of safe foods you can make at home. I know it’s not the same, but for example my safe food was those chicken sandwiches from school. Had one every day. Once I graduated I started making the same meal at home from the store!

It’s never a waste of money if it’s accommodating your needs. Ever.

I’d suggest buying in bulk or just buying a bunch at once and eating it over time. (Unless it’s frozen then that may be difficult)

I’m figuring that out it’s hard for me too my approach would be bring something u know you’ll eat or something that won’t stress u out to eat and get protien shakes so u can get your nutrients in while still eating ur safe foods at home
