Struggling with Salt Tablets - Any Alternatives?

Hey! I know I post a lot here, but I was wondering if anyone else's body doesn't tolerate salt tablets. Every time I've tried, I've puked. (I've also tried multiple different techniques and habits around it but nothing works). I'm really having a hard time keeping up with the amount of salt my doctor wants me to eat. What would you recommend instead?

Honestly I just often eat food that can have a lot of salt and still taste fine. Baked potatoes are one example. I salt the crap out of them lol. Or when I cook anything that's very savory I tend to add a lot of salt to it

are the salt tablets you're taking uncoated? i take ones that are specifically made for pots patients, and they're a capsule

Liquid IVs have a lot of electrolytes and they taste really good. The guava and the lime are my favorites, the guava tasted less salty if you're like me and hate the taste of salt.
