Struggling with School Attendance Due to Disability

I'm too exhausted to go to school, I'm in a lot of pain, and I'm well on my way to overstimulation. This has happened about twice a week now, but now I'm in school. I can't skip any classes - I have an aid - and I can't go to the nurse's office often without people suspecting me of faking in my experience. My disability severely progressed since I was last in public school so I'm going in blind. What do I do? I can't be consistently skipping school, depending on if attendance affects my grade, but I don't know what to do.

People are always going to suspect that your faking having a disability so go to the nurses office as often as you need to, your health is more important than what other people think. This next part is going to be difficult but you have to try and best to ignore the judgemental people, this has taken me years and I'm still working on it but try your best. One thing I do to help with people staring is I stare back at them like direct eye contact, but only do this if your comfortable with it. I believe in you and you can and will get through this❤️

The issue with people thinking I'm faking isn't that I'm self-conscious, it's that they challenge me. Teachers challenge me and if I'm not "actually disabled" to them I can't go.
