Struggling with Sjogrens: Dry Mouth and Sleepless Nights

I was diagnosed with Sjogrens this fall but I've had symptoms for a couple years. I've been very upset about losing a crown & two bridges. My primary care doc pulled my symptoms together and had me tested for Sjogrens. I see a rheumatologist for it. There doesn't appear to be a good treatment for dry mouth. While awake I chew gum and suck on sugar free hard candy. I haven't had a good night's sleep in months b/c dry mouth wakes me up multiple times a night. I'm desperate to find a way to sleep through the night again.

Hi I use a gel at night which is a saliva simulation, also mint melts (a lozenge that sticks to your gums)help and Vaseline lip balm. The worse thing for a dry mouth is anxiety, salagen medication for mouth and eyes is helpful but unfortunately makes you sweat more, so drink plenty if you get prescribed. Hope this helps x
