I recommend taking a warm bath, and finding something to soothe you. That’s usually helps me.

Do you have any pain relief medication or sleep inducing medication? My other thought would be a relaxing tea like chamomile but idk if that would actually work

Not sure if you're open to this but marijuana has helped me so much with this!! For me, it lowers my body's sensitivity and pain response and lets me relax enough to get some sleep. Its also nice periodically throughout the day of when you need a break, so that when you sleep you're not fighting all that pent-up pain you've been ignoring all day!

Have you tried Valerian for sleep-? I have a tea that’s chamomile and valerian and sometimes it helps. The Klova Z Patches really help too!! - I hope you end up getting some sleep and relief soon.

I had the same issue. I was put on Ambien and it has been the best but once in a while I still can’t sleep. But most of the time it’s great!

Increase your water intake! Keep hydrated during the day!
