Struggling with Socializing: How to Overcome Awkwardness

i’m so awkward it hurts, i don’t know how to talk to people and not feel awkward. i’ve had someone tell me before that i don’t interact a lot i just observe and thinking about that makes me feel creepy but i just don’t have a lot to say most of the time or don’t want to interrupt someone else’s conversation just to try to make friends with them.

Can you help? Connect today

I get it completely. I've been going through the same thing for as long as I can remember. I have zero friends because of it, and it honestly sucks. I find it easier to talk to ppl online than in person. maybe you can look up some exercises online to help? That's what I'm gonna try to do. Good luck man. If you wanna talk, feel free to dm me (if that's a thing on here? I just got this app so idk😭)

I’m the exact same way. I don’t have anything helpful to offer unfortunately but I want you to know that you’re not alone.

Me freaking too 😭😭😭. I feel you so strongly on that op. The anxiety of having to come up with something to say is so difficult, especially being naturally an awkward person. Really wish it was as easy to communicate irl as it is online.
