Struggling with Time Perception - Any Tips?

Hi there. I'm just starting here. I'm curious if any of you have issues with not feeling time at all. Like the "internal clock" others speak of never got installed. If so, any suggestions on handling life without it, other than just setting alarms?

When I was on Adderall I had no concept of time. Now I play music while I do things to train myself to get stuff done before certain tracks are done.

I don’t know the concept of time. I’ll be reading a book and 6 hours have passed and I’ll be like “I just started reading 30 minuets ago.”

Yes. I get it. It's lonely and frustrating. So it's actually encouraging that others go through it too. I can read about it in articles and websites, but it's good to have others that are real people struggling with the same crazies.
