Me too! It gets hard to breathe and theres no specific trigger it just comes out of no where. Ill be at work just doing my normal thing and then realize my heart is going way too fast!

yes yes yes!! It's so weird when you're just sitting there and then all of a sudden your feeling ao anxious tou can't continue what you're doing!

yes! Try first recognizing the feeling in your body - how your heart feels, your pulse, lungs, throat, any tingling in your legs, etc. This will help the physical part of the anxiety go away (try focusing on those feelings for at least a minute) - then bring your mind back to the present by using your senses - i can feel the blanket, i can hear the fan, i can smell my air freshner, etc

Yes!! And I still haven't found a way to really cope with it. Sometimes it's hard to get over the feeling, ut usually talking to someone helps. Basically just pulling yourself out of the situation.

Yes!! On a daily basis, luckily I can feel when its coming on or about to happen but it makes me feel so exhausted and miserable.
