Sudden Increase in Heart Rate and Temperature

Why did my beats per minute on my smart watch go to like 110 and I started getting really warm and sweaty. Temp 98.5. Then it’s slowly evened out. Then dropped and I got chills for like 5 seconds and then it went back up again? Ir couldn’t decide which way to go for while. And temp went back down. I usually run low so that for me was definitely concerning.

That sometimes happens to me, I had to switch between hot and cold drinks because one minute my body temperature was really high in the next minute it’s really low , if it continues go on like that might have to see your doctor, my heart rate go up so high before I had to go and see them And I got diagnosed with an abnormal heartbeat which comes with my asthma

interesting…. Yeah it just jumped again it’s high and temp back up and sweating ugh I’m like I don’t what ti do but I’ll make a nige of that to ask
