Yes! It’s okay to cry!! It’s your body emotional response to stress. Make sure you drink plenty of water after a good crying sesh! Maybe grab a journal and try writing down sum tings

Yes. Then I feel like a fool because people ask me what's wrong and I don't have a reason

Yes. I cry for everything. If I drop a Cheeto, I'll cry. I cry when I laugh, fall, sneeze. Yes. And don't ever let go of crying. It is a natural way to relieve pain/stress

Yes I do. I usual find out it’s from a buildup of stress and I didn’t realize how much stress I was in.

Yes, I do! I try to remember two things when I cry (whatever the reason). First, 12-step groups have a saying, "There's healing in tears," so whatever I'm crying about, the very act of crying is a healing one. Second, someone just this morning told me that crying is the body's natural way of expressing an overflow of emotion ... any emotion. So when I cry, it's normal and natural for me (for us) to do that. You're not alone!

I cry all the time! I’ve been told I am a cry baby but it’s something I’ve come to realize is not necessarily a bad thing. Crying can be a good way to get out negative energy. Just make sure to drink plenty of water afterwards to rehydrate!

Agreed! Re-hydrating, eating something to replenish energy, and doing a quick grounding practice have been really helpful for me after a crying jag. (I like to cry in the shower if I can manage it. Just feels better somehow.)

YES! I went through it for years suddenly wanting to cry watching commercials happy or sad. So sensitive! And now I have a hard time, which is worse to me because crying for me is such a release that when I can’t I feel like it’s pent up.

Ya I cry a lot when I’m happy or when I’m sad and releasing they feeling or just cuz I feel so alive and just have a moment of pure gratefulness. Magical moments too I cry. Creating a song I cry. Horse gives me a kiss I cry. It’s my expression of feeling and I release it back into the universe

Yes. Sometimes I feel like I want to be crying because of what I’m feeling but I almost never get there.
