Same. Lots of salt and fluids and using ice packs/blankets to try to regulate temperature… definitely open to other tips too!

those ice packs where you have to pop & shake them yk, like the ones life guards give out. insulated water bottle with ice thin fabrics, helps me a lot (like avoiding cotton/wool n those heavy fabrics) thin socks too, or sandals (i used to be scared about my feet turning that purple-red color but to everyone who pointed it out i just started saying "i'm literally trying not to faint rn wth man") i'd try to avoid doing things with high-activity? maybe try doing things inside buildings; the mall, ice skating, roller skating, arcades, book stores ( i love book stores this is 100% biased). if you're going to pools try to get a spot in the shade, just pay attention to details & plan ahead :]

Those cooling blankets and towels are really nice. My husband installed water misters above our front porch for me which is nice to have when I’m watching my kids play outside. I keep Gatorade on me whenever I go anywhere
